I had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with a well-maintained room that was spacious and had ample natural lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The location was convenient, with the hotel being a short walk from the train stations. The location is superb, with easy access to Tokyo Station and Ginza Line. The room was surprisingly spacious, with a roomy bathroom and bathtub. The staff were prompt, helpful, friendly, and courteous.

The location was ideal, just a short walk from Tokyo Station and close to Ginza shopping. The room was clean and modern, with plenty of natural light. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were all in good condition. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.

Convenient location, close to public transportation and shopping areas. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage both before checking in and after checking out. Amenities were readily available in the lobby.
Housekeeping was inconsistent, with some days trash being left behind and coffee cups unwashed. There was also an issue with a clogged drain in the bathroom that took the hotel two days to fix.
